My personal view is that the policies that have been implented in Xinjiang are not helpful to the sustainable development of the Uyghur Communities in this region. At the same time, this also has been one of the major reasons of the abrupt of few riots happened during the past few years. On the subpages, I will introduce these policies' impact on economic and social aspacts, along with the dilemmas that have been faced by the local Uyghur Communities.
